Cost To Live In A Trailer Is It Expensive To Live In A Trailer Park? How Much Does A Decent Looking Trailer Actually Cost, Etc?

Is it expensive to live in a trailer park? How much does a decent looking trailer actually cost, etc? - cost to live in a trailer

Is it better to buy or get a mortgage? Sell my house and to move into a trailer park nice and clean in New Jersey. But I have no idea what it really costs, etc.? Any help would be appreciated.

  1. Do not be silly! If you do not want the house, buying a condominium. Do not invest your money are worse in the background. Trailers are like cars. When they get older, they have no nutritional value and worthless!

mjz321 just proved my point! At a price of $ 5,000.00 $ 20,000.00 when new, plus interest on the mortgage. And the new $ 30,000.00 worsened each year until it is worth only $ 5,000.00.

  3. Lot Rent = ouch. Remember to check the price for a lot, too.
Make sure they have heat tape on the trailer of water systems.
Have a lot of effort and a role Pastic lay on top of each window to save on their heating bills in winter.
Included in the rule, water, sewage and garbage in the rental lot.
Trailer? Rent - do not buy, the rapid devaluation.
